As I mentioned before this is 'wedding season' there were a half dozen couples dressed in their nuptial best being arranged by photographers, assistants, makeup people, etc. (some were probably family members) to get the shot for the images that will be in the couples home for their lifetime (hopefully). There are blue canvas kiosks in front of storefronts that are for special wedding events. When they're over there is shiny metallic confetti as evidence of a celebration.
